the movie opens with a woman stretching looking out over the ocean while animated graphics of fish, a ferris wheel and a golfer move across the screen. the words "savor the sea air, soft surf, and southern charm of myrtle beach" go across the screen. the ocean 22 by hilton grand vacations myrtle beach logo appears. the video cuts to a fly over of the ocean as it zooms in on the exterior of ocean 22 on the beach. as the camera flies in to the building, you pass the heated outdoor pool and spa.

Broadway At The Beach Hotels, then the camera pans through the lobby area showing tables and chairs and a bar. to the left, glass double doors open to reveal a grab-n-go deli, and then it goes back to the breakfast/cocktail bar. as the camera moves to the right of the bar it shows a business center and fitness room. it fades to a shot of the activity center.

the video cuts to a blank screen with blue animated circles start to cross from left to right, then the words appear "feel the time drift away while building grand sandcastles" then the background changes to a family all wearing white walking out into the beach with the words appearing "or exploring miles of coastline. " the video moves back inside the hotel at the opening of a room door. the tour of the 3-bedroom suite passes a closet door and passes you by the door on the right, which reveals a bedroom with 2 double beds. it moves on to the full kitchen and pans left to show a dining table and chairs, as it opens out into the living room. the living room has a couch, chair, table and console with a widescreen tv mounted on the wall. the next scene moves into the master bedroom with a king bed and connected bathroom. the bathroom has a glass shower stall, toilet and vanity with a sink. coming back into the bedroom you see a desk and chair plus a glass wall looking out to the ocean.

the view zooms out the window and you see a balcony overlooking the beach at sunset. the video then zooms out of the building into the night sky and fades to black. hilton grand vacations logo appears. then says “artist’s rendering. subject to change. scheduled occupancy july 2015.”
