and so let's take a little walk through will give you a little panorama the front we appreciate you guys hanging out with us today beautiful home coastal style hardy lap siding and again at three car garage is always very very nice so let's take a little walk around the home annual um get the view it beautiful
paver driveway paver walkway onto a nice paver porch and beautiful glass front door and just imagine a couple of rocking chairs out here chad with the neighbors they go by they got a kind of decorate for christmas right now so let's take a little walk in we'll get it we'll get a great idea of what it looks like landon homes is doing an
awesome job with their homes again we're on coquina ridge in st augustine at this time richmond american started the community but landon homes in now really kind of taken off and doing a really great job here ok beautiful as we enter the floor and the foyer got beautifully late late tiled floors ok over to our left would be an
office/den area actually could be use another bedroom if you want to once this is converted from an office space that does have a closet in but let's walk into we got some other bedrooms off to our left but we're gonna walk into our dining area a great area and when the upgrades in this particular home is the way they played that tile on the floor
and gives it kind of its own space that's very cool looking over to our right of course we got a nice dining area it's open but it has some kind of has that that column right there it kind of gives it its own space ok but it's very open as well at the same time now if we look over here to
the right as we enter we have like a nice drop zone if you will write off the garage door where the kids can hang their bags or backpacks all the dirty shoes you can go there very cool and we come over here further to the right we have a nice laundry area it's got a washer and dryer the tub sink cabinetry ok all ok
very nice and while we're here let's take a quick peek at this massive three-car garage we got very nice that's a huge amount of space irrigation that sort of thing awesome awesome awesome ok so let's take a let's keep moving through the house and you guys are going to see some really great stuff they've done here and
kind again over here we get a coat closet couple closet so lots of storage space in this home moving into the family area very nice everything's got its own space and the bella model here but it's kind of out in the open all the same time that done a great job with the architecture and the floorplan beautiful space over there for

beautiful tall windows very large room and the well-appointed master bath huge walk-in closet and there's actually two of those i'll spend back around as of course the bedroom and here's the other met walking huge huge closet space ok isn't her sinks double sinks nice sitting tub very nice with kind of the tiled area on both sides beautiful huge
walk-in shower nice tile the pebbles on the floor very nice and open that up so we get a better view wow amazing landon homes is doing spectacular work a separate toilet area of course right there alright i would assume this is a linen closet and it is but if you look at all
the trim work around the doors the gaps on the doors the base the quality is definitely here okay i love the way they've laid the tile traditionally you'll see tile like this late kinda lengthwise in the room but landings went out and actually related 90 degrees to the length of the room
which actually looks really sharp because it's such a huge area that the tile just works so they put a lot of thought into stuff like that let's go check out the other bedrooms as we walked back towards the front of the house with go over to the right here walk down myself like the hallway kind of you know its own little zone over
here if you will okay we've got bedroom there with a powder with a full bathroom me full bath right here and then a powder bath straight ahead so your guests have plenty of space i don't think that's a powder bath let me back up i could be totally wrong it is a full
bath i completely mistaken on that i should know better through the bath beautiful ok so very nice that's three full baths i said that earlier didn't i ok there's plenty of space a space ok so we're going to the bedroom here and the right side very nice nice little walk small walk-in closet
there's plenty of storage in this house in this particular model see what we got behind this door more living space very nice good-sized bedroom with a nice small walk-in closet very nice again this is the bella model at coquina ridge in st augustine and with different builders you'll see different models or the same house
def basically just configured maybe a little different for the particular community there in this model in a different community may have a side entry garage things of that nature so little tweak them just a little bit to fit the overall look and aesthetics of the community but the bella will be the quality will be always be the bella
