beverage director at sanderling. he calls the cuisine heresouthern coastal. >> our philosophy is to bring ingreat flavors, local, fresh, and keep things simple. don't overcomplicate the plates. let the fresh flavors speak forthemselves. >> specialties at kimball'skitchen include the bone-in, and that means the whole bone,32-ounce rib eye. it's served with red wine au jusand roasted garlic.

station. it's boneless fried chicken on asavory waffle made with boursin cheese and drizzled with maplesyrup. the resort's restaurants andamenities make it a popular destination for weddings, familyreunions, and other special events. it hosted 80 such events lastyear. the sanderling handleseverything from 250-guest weddings to 25-guest elopementparties.
