hi roger hutchins, vacation home specialistwith the jerry barker group here in central florida. today we're at windsor hills resort, it'sa gated community. man gated, 24 hours, 7 days a week. very close to disney and universal studios,sea world.
destin florida beach house rentals, all of those world class attractions. we are at building 2821 almaton loop. we're going to pop inside of a forth flooror a forth level condo property. it's a three bedroom, two bath.
management in place, furnishings all of thatit conveys with the sale of the property. so let's go up and see what this lovely homehas to offer. in addition to beautiful landscape at windsorhills, all of the buildings include elevators. when entering the home you'll notice tilefloors throughout the common area. as stated in other videos, tile is very importantin common areas. to the immediate right you have full sizewasher and dryer, to the left of the washer dryer is the air handler. this is another trane unit, very good reputation,fairly well maintained and this is the original from 2005.
as we walk through the right hand side isthe kitchen with laminate counter tops, tile floors. most of the appliances look original, that'sprobably an upgraded dishwasher. again, the pass through or through way isgreat for communicating or just hanging out with friends and family as you prepare dinner. so here's the dining area, seated for eightpersons and a great room to the left. we're going to pop through the archway hereto see the second and third bedrooms. so this room is equipped with a queen sizebed, great carpet by the way. i would say it was in good, well it is ingood condition.
this is a corner unit, you can see the anglesin the windows. second bathroom which services the secondand third bedroom. this has a combo shower tub. the third bedroom is set up for the kids withthe toy story theme, good carpet in here as well. great room you can see a very well, tastefullyfurnished. and here's the difference, this is the smallerfloor plan so in the larger floor plan that patio area is part of the interior. so flat screen television in here as well.
as you can see, nice open floor plan for athree bedroom apartment. through here we have the master, this is asplit level living quarters. so master here, to the left we have the masterbath, it has a walk in shower. good carpets in the master as well and themaster is equipped with a king size bed. also a flat screen television and you cansee the decorations are very tastefully done along with the accent walls. thanks for watching and your interest in 401,a three bedroom, two bathroom condo here in building 2821 at windsor hills resort. if you have any questions about this particularproperty or the process of purchasing a home
