you know, like, oh i really want that pieceof steak. or i really want that potato.or i really want that bread. and it was like, it controlled me.and now, i feel like i control food, basically. you know, i can have that macaroni and cheeseor i could feel bad about it and not fit into my jeans the way i want to fit into them nextweek. and it's a good feeling when you fit intoyour jeans. oh hell yes!it's a great feeling. i remember when you started your south beachdiet transformation. you said i want to get in a bikini and gohome and show this off to all your friends
